Catherine is Pensions Manager at Wellesley. She leads the firm’s pensions and retirement planning business, advising clients on pension design, retirement income strategies, and optimising tax efficiency. Catherine combines strong technical knowledge of the Irish pension and protection markets with hands-on experience in structuring client portfolios and implementing tailored retirement solutions. Prior to joining Wellesley, she worked with BDO across Corporate Finance, Taxation, and Audit, and also served as a Quality Auditor for a medical coding company, ensuring the highest standards in reporting. Catherine holds Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) qualifications.
